Scope and product-specific terms

These general terms apply to Bead Blossom content on this website and to digital files identified as Bead Blossom products. A product listing or a license included inside a download may provide more specific terms for that item. When specific terms differ, follow the terms supplied with that product.

Personal projects and gifts

You may use a lawfully obtained free resource or purchased PDF to make projects for yourself and as gifts. You may print working copies for your own use and store a personal backup of a purchased file.

The purchase or download provides a limited permission to use the instructions; it does not transfer ownership of the pattern, written tutorial, photographs, layout, or other creative content.

Small-batch finished-item sales

Unless a product-specific license says otherwise, you may sell a limited number of physical flowers or finished items that you personally make from a Bead Blossom pattern. Credit “Bead Blossom Studio” as the pattern designer in the product description or display information.

This permission covers handmade finished items. It does not include automated production, factory production, wholesale manufacturing, or permission to supply the pattern to another maker.

Uses that are not permitted

Do not resell, upload, forward, copy, publish, translate, trace, or redistribute a digital pattern, tutorial, chart, photograph, or downloadable file. Do not post readable pages or screenshots that allow another person to reconstruct the protected file.

Do not use Bead Blossom content as classroom handouts, course files, membership downloads, production templates, or commercial design assets without separate written permission. Removing a credit, watermark, copyright notice, or product identifier does not create a new work or remove these restrictions.

Digital products, Gumroad, and order support

Paid and pay-what-you-want products are listed, checked out, and delivered through Gumroad. No physical item is shipped unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. The Gumroad product listing and receipt identify the transaction and the files delivered with it.

For transaction-specific conditions, consult the product listing, checkout information, and receipt. If a purchased file is missing or cannot be opened, use the order-support checklist and contact the studio with the product name and checkout email. Do not send full payment-card details.

Safety, materials, and project results

Fuse-bead projects may involve hot tools, warm plastic, adhesive, sharp wire, and cutting tools. You are responsible for selecting appropriate materials, following manufacturer instructions, providing adult supervision, and using a suitable workspace.

Finished results vary with bead brand, manufacturing batch, iron, protective sheet, temperature, timing, shaping method, and assembly choices. Test unfamiliar materials and techniques on a spare component before working on final pieces.

For a use not covered here, email hello@beadblossom.com. Identify the project, intended use, approximate quantity or audience, sales channel, territory, and timing. Permission is not granted unless it is confirmed in writing.
