Prepare the flower components
The project uses five petals, five narrow yellow stamen pieces, and one discreet base. Arrange every component before ironing so the set stays consistent.
Fuse with flexibility in mind
Secure the beads without flattening them completely. Flexible petals are easier to curve and less likely to crack during assembly.
Give each petal a shallow V
While warm, pinch gently along the center line and lift the tip. Keep the bend subtle so the printed color pattern remains easy to see.
Build the yellow center
Curve the stamen pieces and attach them to the base at varied angles to create a lively dimensional center.
Balance the five petals
Place the petals around the center like a five-point star, check the gaps from above, then reinforce the back after the arrangement feels even.
