Place the mottled markings
Use burgundy accents asymmetrically while keeping the pale throat aligned across the five petals.
Fuse the large components gradually
Work section by section and avoid overfusing the narrow transition near each petal base.
Shape soft scalloped cups
Lift the outer rim and curve the petal inward toward the throat.
Prepare the long pistil
Build the central element separately so it can be anchored securely before the flower closes.
Set the five-petal bowl
Overlap the bases around the center and adjust the opening before final reinforcement.
